Terms and Conditions of Service

  1. Parties

Gregg Chapman website, is part of GC Life Enterprises (GCLE).   Within this document all references to ‘we’, ‘us’, Didgeridoo Sound Therapy or GCLE refers to GC Life Enterprises.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.  By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

GCLE trades from www.greggchapman.com web site and can be contacted at all times using gregg@greggchapman.com.

Within this document customers of GCLE shall be referred to as ‘customer’ or ‘you’.

 

  1. Aims and Objectives.

The aim of GCLE is to offer a range of goods and services that enable people to make positive changes to their lives and relationships.

 

  1. Definition of Terms

“Data Protection Act” means the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) for the United Kingdom, or as may be amended or re-enacted from time to time.

“Didgeridoo” is a native woodwind instrument of the Aboriginal people of Australia.  It dates back 2000 years and hold important cultural and spiritual traditions for the Aboriginal people of Australia.

“Currency” GCLE trades using GB Pounds (Pounds Sterling, £) as its Currency.

“GCLE” means GC Life Enterprises trading as Didgeridoo Sound Therapy.

“Sound Therapy” is therapeutic benefits of the sound and resonant vibrations for the mind, body and energy systems of human beings.

 

  1. Products and Services

All the products and services provided by GCLE aim to provide a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

The techniques used by GCLE include Didgeridoo Sound Therapy, NLP,  Energy Psychology and Coaching.  I work with individuals and groups, including adults and children with disabilities.

Products and Services can be accessed on line, in groups, one to one or via CD or downloaded media.

 

  1. Payments

All prices quoted by GCLE are in GB Pounds (Pounds Sterling, £) only.  Payments can only be made using GB Pounds.  If, in the future, payment using other currencies becomes available for GCLE customers, this shall be notified via GCLE web site www.greggchapman.com.

Payment for all products and services received from GCLE shall be paid for in advance via www.greggchapman.com.  All payments should be received at least 48 hours in advance of the service delivery or dispatch of goods, unless prior agreement has been given by GCLE.

All products and services can be paid for using all major debit and credit cards, PayPal or bank transfer using the payment facilities on www.greggchapman.com .  Payment using major debit and credit cards can also be made over the phone if preferred.  Please contact 07932 103903 during office hours (9am to 5pm UK time).

We employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment.  By submitting your information, you grant us the right to process your payment using these services subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for any reasons including but not limited to: membership cancellation, completion of services, product or service availability, errors in the description or price of a product or service, error in the information that you entered or other reasons.

 

  1. Payment for Events

In the event that payment has not been received in advance, GCLE reserves the right to cancel any event.   GCLE shall have no liability for any costs or losses incurred by you for cancelled events in these circumstances.

For late bookings, i.e. within 48 hours of delivery, please contact GCLE using www.greggchapman.com to ascertain availability.  Immediate payment shall be required to confirm the booking.

For events run by GCLE and where individuals do not wish to pay in advance, payment can be made at the event, subject to availability and will attract a premium.  By electing to pay at the event customers shall not necessarily be notified of any changes to service delivery.

 

  1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above 18 years of age and the information is complete, accurate and current at all times.  If you area under the age of 18, then you have must parental consent to access the content and be supervised by a parent/carer at all times.

 

  1. Cancellation of Services or Events

For cancellations with more than 48 hours prior to service delivery:

In the event that a Customer wishes to cancel their booking for a service for any reason, having already paid the fee, shall be offered a place in the next mutually convenient delivery of that service.  The Customer shall also be offered the opportunity to enrol for a different service or purchase goods of a similar value.  GCLE shall not make any charges for such changes.

In the event that a Customer wishes to cancel their booking for a service for any reason, having already paid the fee, and requests a refund, a 10% handling fee shall be deducted from the refund.

In the event that GCLE needs to cancel an event for any reason all customers shall be offered the option of either rebooking a future event, buying goods to the value paid or a full refund.

For cancellations with less than 48 hours prior to service delivery:

In the event that a customer wishes to cancel their booking no refund or transfers will be offered.

In the event that GCLE needs to cancel an event for any reason all customers shall be offered the option of either rebooking a future event, buying goods to the value paid or a full refund.

 

  1. Goods supplied

GCLE makes every effort to ensure that its goods are of the highest quality.  If for any reason you are not entirely happy with the goods received from CGLE please contact www.greggchapman.com within 7 (seven) days of receipt.   We will make every reasonable effort to rectify the problem to your satisfaction.

In the case of faulty or damaged goods a replacement will be offered.  Please return the item in the original packaging stating the reason for return.

The terms above do not affect your statutory rights.

 

  1. Complaints and Compliments

GCLE strives to ensure that all its good and services are of the highest quality and customer satisfaction is important to us.  If for any reason you feel that we have fallen short of this goal, please contact us at www.greggchapman.com.  We are always happy to discuss any improvements that could be made.

For services received, please notify GCLE of any issues at the time of service delivery.  GCLE will make every effort to resolve them within the scope of the services purchased.  Issues with services received which have not been notified to GCLE at the time of the service delivery will be investigated on a case by case basis.  GCLE will investigate all issues notified and reply within 14 days of receipt and will make every reasonable effort to resolve all issues to your satisfaction.

GCLE are happy to receive any comments or compliments regarding its goods and services.  Any such comments or compliments received via email, web site or social media will be published and attributed, with the consent of the writer.

 

  1. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

This website is constantly being updated.  We may experience delays in updating this website and may therefore contains errors or inaccuracies and may not be current or complete.  Products and services may be mispriced, described inaccurately or unavailable and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information found on this website.

 

  1. Confidentiality and Privacy

GCLE is fully compliant with the DPA and as such takes very seriously its users right to confidentiality and privacy.  For further details please refer to GC Life Enterprises Privacy Policy.

 

  1. Disclaimer

The use of CD’s, downloads or other media containing Didgeridoo sounds is not recommended whilst in control of or operating machinery including, but not limited to, driving a car.  The Customers are reminded that Didgeridoo sounds can alter your state of awareness and induce deep relaxation in some people.

The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only.  The information is provided by GCLE and while we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.  Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
