What is Brainwave entrainment?

Brainwave entrainment occurs unconsciously when we are in the presence of a more dominant frequency.  We cannot help but to step into synchronisation with that more dominant frequency.

For example if you are in a highly stressful environment, unless you are able to consciously be aware of how you are responding to that environment, then you are likely to feel stressed.

Therefore the sounds and the environment that we surround ourselves in is really important to our health and well being.

The Didgeridoo is producing a low frequency range and when played at a slow rhythm, entrains our brainwaves and heart rate to a state of deep relaxation.  This occurs regardless of age or disability and has even helped to alleviate stress in horses and pets.
